San Francisco - Golden Gate Bridge

This time, per request, I took my dear friend V. to San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge. We wanted to create some memories with this prominent San Franciscan landmark. We explored different places and points of view. Staring at  Golden Gate Bridge South end vista access, moving on to Fort Scott: Battery Boutelle (1900-1917), which was armed in 1900 with three 5-inch rapid fire guns mounted on balanced pillar mounts, and designed to defend against mine sweepers and fast torpedo boats, then continuing to Fort Point, also a vantage point overlooking the spectacular Golden Gate,  again defended the San Francisco Bay following California's Gold Rush through World War II. Of course, I could never forget to have some fun and V. who is always up for anything for a  friend, turns out to be not only beautiful model, but also very skilled  gymnast, acrobat, and climber... hmm I see a potential career path in circus for somebody...;-)
